Well-being is central to what we do here at CLIMB 4. Looking after your mind is key to good physical and mental health. Our programmes focus on improving confidence and resilience and reducing feelings of isolation.

Positive Active Mind (PAM)

Positive Active Minds (PAM) is our user-led, flagship programme and includes creative workshops, a peer support network, family drop-in sessions and peer mentor training.
