Mind

Well-being is central to what we do here at CLIMB 4. Looking after your mind is key to good physical and mental health. Our programmes focus on improving confidence and resilience and reducing feelings of stress, anxiety and isolation. Our programmes are delivered by experienced staff and Peer Mentors, all of whom have had lived experience of, or have supported people with poor mental health. We are all DBS checked and our Peer Mentors have received bespoke Peer Mentor training, enabling us to offer a safe, empathetic environment.

 

Positive Active Minds (PAM)

Positive Active Minds (PAM) is our user-led, Peer Support programme and includes creative workshops, peer support groups, family groups sessions, LGBTQ+ Creatives and Peer Mentor training.

Arts 4 Health

Arts 4 Health is our holistic health and wellbeing programme which incorporates physical activities, creative mindfulness and user-led support to improve health and well-being and reduce social isolation.
