    Meet The Team

    Sarah Hagerup
    Managing Director and Founder of CLIMB 4/Professional Go-Getter!

    Sarah is the Managing Director and Founder of CLIMB 4. As an experienced teacher and health and social care practitioner Sarah realised that there was a need for informal, arts-based education and well-being. Sarah founded the company in 2013, it has gone from strength to strength and is now a well-known and well-loved part of the local community.

    As well as being passionate about teaching and health and mental well-being as she is keen performing artist with a background in musical theatre. Sarah is lively and social with a go-getter, positive attitude to life!

    Helen Taylor
    CLIMB 4 Practitioner/Chatty Lady

    Helen is a practitioner working on various programmes including PATCH and STEPP Up. Her role involves supporting children, young people and families. Helen has been employed by CLIMB 4 since December 2020, and prior to this was a volunteer and participant working on various projects with us.

    Her passions are coffee and people, she is very empathetic and prides themselves on being an approachable, open and honest individual (and we agree!). Helen loves to chat and will have a conversation, anytime, anywhere!

    Jordan Hagerup
    Children Young People and Families Coordinator/Stationary Queen!

    Jordan Co-ordinators the programmes we run for children, young people and families, including Positive Active Mind (PAM), PATCH and STEPP Up. Jordan has a degree in Biomedical Science, holds a Level 3 Education and Training qualification and is working towards her Level 5.

    She is Harry Potter mad and recite Frozen from memory thanks to her 3 year-old daughter, who also loves to run around playing dinosaurs!

    Laura Nelson
    Children, Young People and Families Services Manager/Creative Writer

    Laura joined CLIMB 4 to support the team to develop and grow the services we offer for children and young people and families. With a wealth of experience in business development, marketing and management Laura brings a new ideas and a fresh perspective to what we do.

    Laura loves to be with family and friends and loves nothing more than to sit and chat with a glass of wine or gin in her hand! She is also training to be a counsellor and enjoys working with people to facilitate their journey of self-discovery. Her passions alongside helping people include creative writing, interior design and reading.

    Jada Burgess
    Learning and Development Practitioner Apprentice/ Chief Template Maker!

    Jada has been with CLIMB 4 for over four years. She began working with us as a volunteer before progressing into trainee and employed positions. Jada currently works on our flagship programme Positive Active Minds (PAM) her role includes supporting volunteers to generate ideas and put them into practice as well as helping them achieve their personal development and training goals.

    Jada loves helping and supporting all people, and particularly enjoys working with children and young people. She is currently completing a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and works alongside a Practitioner to facilitate Create the Tiger Holiday Club.

    In her own words, Jada also loves pandas, all things creative, and will always give something a go, and only needs the smallest excuse to wear a onesie!

    Chelsea Dollery
    Trainee Mental Health Practitioner/ Expert Baker!

    Chelsea works on our flagship mental health peer support programme Positive Active Minds (PAM). With a degree in Psychology and Counselling she is perfectly placed to support the programme delivery including the 1-1 support for those with low level mental health issues.

    Outside of work, Chelsea has many years' experience as a Rainbow and Brownie leader and has been heavily involved in musical theatre since the age of 3 – her favourite role being Audrey from Little Shop of Horrors. Chelsea loves dogs, anything pastel coloured, Harry Potter, biscuits and helping people succeed and shine!”
